Mild – Emmental 
Medium - Mimolette
Bold – Pont-l'Évêque
Blue – Fourme d'Ambert

Sides:

Apricot spread
walnuts
grapes (red and green)
fresh figs
strawberries
chocolate covered almonds
honey roasted almonds
Saucisson
Olives 
Crackers
Crunchy bread

Steps

Step 1: An hour before serving, remove cheese from the refrigerator.

Step 2: Arrange cheeses on the cheese board clockwise from mild to strong in flavor.

Step 3: Fill in the empty space with fruits, nuts and meat, having fun with the styling, stacking, and dashes of color. Be sure to leave a little space around each cheese for serving.

Step 4: Lastly, add the crackers and bread to the edges for each grabbing.
