Goat Brie

Goat Brie is cow's milk Brie's interesting cousin. Formed into individual rounds, these cheeses are creamy and mild, yet have the unmistakable delicate tang of goat's milk. They make an elegant sandwich with thinly sliced ham and French mustard, can be used in a decadent mac and cheese, or simply served as a snack with grapes or pear slices.
